Welcome to Parks and Recreation Online Registration
The City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to introduce WebTrac Online Registration. This system will enable you to register your household members (family) and yourself online for many programs and activities offered by the department.

The only accepted form of online payment is credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). A transaction fee of 2.5% will be charged by Card Pointe when you check out.
If you have registered for a program with us before you already have an account in WebTrac. The first time you log in, your username will be your household number. If you don’t know your household number, you can request log-in credentials by following these instructions.
1. Click the "Forgot your password" link
2. Enter your primary email address for the household and follow the verification prompts.
3. Your account credentials (username and password reset link) will be emailed to the primary household member in two separate emails.
IMPORTANT NOTES
If the address we have on file is incorrect or missing you will not be able to request your log-in credentials online.
Please do not create a new account if you have already registered before. If a duplicate household account is created you may be locked out of both accounts until we merge your households.
